Professional Fiduciary Services (Hourly)	$175 / hour	Standard hourly rate applies to most fiduciary services. Billed in 0.1-hour increments.
Trustee ServicesUnder $5M	$175 / hour	Matters under $5,000,000 are billed at the standard hourly rate in 0.1-hour increments. Licensed Professional Fiduciary: $175/hr. Administrative Staff: $125–$175/hr.
Ongoing Trust Administration (Over $5M AUM)	0.3% – 0.9% annually	For ongoing trust administrations exceeding $5,000,000 in assets under management, fees are billed as a fixed percentage of the gross value of assets under management per year.
Estate Settlements (Over $5M)	0.45% – 1.35%	For estate settlements exceeding $5,000,000, fees are billed as a fixed percentage of the gross value of the estate. Specific rate depends on complexity.
Conservatorship Services	Court-Approved Rate	Conservator fees are subject to court approval and are paid from the conservatee's estate in accordance with California Probate Code.
Agent Under Power of Attorney	$175 / hour	Billed at the standard hourly rate. Scope and estimated hours discussed at the outset of engagement.
Bill Pay & Financial Management	$175 / hour	Includes account tracking, bill payment, reconciliation, financial summaries, and coordination with accountants and advisors.
Care Coordination	$175 / hour	Includes time spent attending appointments, communicating with providers, and coordinating care transitions.
Travel	IRS Mileage Rate	Travel within San Diego County is billed at the current IRS standard mileage rate. Extended travel discussed in advance.

Trustee Services

Under $5M

$175 / hour

Matters under $5,000,000 are billed at the standard hourly rate in 0.1-hour increments. Licensed Professional Fiduciary: $175/hr. Administrative Staff: $125–$175/hr.
